    1 Personality tests
    Please take the following free online tests:


    Print your results to a file (PDF or similar).

    2 Motivation letter
    Prepare inspiring motivation letter in which you explain how you see your future in our team and why you may be The One. Add a nice looking resume (we do not read ugly documents, honestly) plus reference letters (if any).

    3 References
    Think about three persons who know you well and would be willing to give their opinion on your abilities and personality. Collect the list of their names and coordinates. We would definitely like to hear their opinion on why you might be the best person for the position for which you are applying.

    4 e-mail message
    After collecting all the above-mentioned stuff, create a new e-mail message, stipulate position for which you wish to apply as message subject and send it to:

3D Animation Guru

Successful candidate will join Institute’s Creative team and will be entrusted to provide key contributions in areas of conceptual development and execution of creative deliverables for projects and initiatives.

 

Responsibilities

  • Contributing to development and implementation Creativity and Innovation strategy
  • Developing breathtaking creative concepts and approaches
  • Supervising design and 3D animation all the way through execution and closing
  • Providing art direction and leadership to local teammates and students
  • Presenting concepts and deliverables clearly and passionately, both internally and to clients
  • Recommending talented, collaborative, high-performing additions to the local creative team
  • Upholding Institute’s values and inspiring/guiding others
  • Active involvement in understanding and representing Institute’s full portfolio of services



Requirements

  • High sense of aesthetics and good taste
  • Astonishing portfolio of 3D and other design work and projects
  • Hands-on experience in 3d modelling and animation
  • Intimately familiar with 3D tools (Maya/3ds Max)
  • Understands video production and motion graphics
  • Conceptual thinking
