    1 Personality tests
    Please take the following free online tests:


    Print your results to a file (PDF or similar).

    2 Motivation letter
    Prepare inspiring motivation letter in which you explain how you see your future in our team and why you may be The One. Add a nice looking resume (we do not read ugly documents, honestly) plus reference letters (if any).

    3 References
    Think about three persons who know you well and would be willing to give their opinion on your abilities and personality. Collect the list of their names and coordinates. We would definitely like to hear their opinion on why you might be the best person for the position for which you are applying.

    4 e-mail message
    After collecting all the above-mentioned stuff, create a new e-mail message, stipulate position for which you wish to apply as message subject and send it to:

Art Director

Successful candidate will lead conceptual development and execution of creative deliverables for clients and initiatives. This includes creating and communicating concepts, implementing marketing strategies and developing both print and interactive design solutions.

 

Responsibilities

    Collaborate with Project Leader (Creative Director) to develop and implement project strategy
  • Develop breathtaking creative concepts and approaches
  • Supervise project design all the way through execution and closing
  • Provide art direction and leadership to local teammates and students
  • Ensuring appropriate project tracking using on-line tool
  • Present concepts and deliverables clearly and passionately internally and to client
  • Maintain relations and communication with all stakeholders, clients and sponsors
  • Recruit talented, collaborative, high-performing additions to the local creative team
  • Upholding Institute’s values and inspiring/guiding others
  • Active involvement in understanding and representing Institute’s full portfolio of services
