    Think about three persons who know you well and would be willing to give their opinion on your abilities and personality. Collect the list of their names and coordinates. Director of Fundraising – EU

Successful candidate will be responsible for the development and delivery of fundraising goals and building regional corporate partnerships in Europe. This includes setting strategy and execution plans, identifying new and innovative partnerships and contributing to Institute’s growth.

 

Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of successful and efficient strategies in order to meet targets for the Corporate Fundraising function
  • Preparation of concise and effective project and activity proposals for various funding sources
  • Ensuring appropriate tracking of activities by using on-line tools
  • Collaborating with senior staff to develop and implement financial strategy
  • The particular role of the incumbent will be to provide guiding engagement and ensure that fundraising principles are delivered across the organisation and that the entire Fundraising and Creative team deliver an exceptional and remarkable donor experience
  • Cultivating and growing relationships with current and new donors and partners
  • Research and analysis of areas and partners in order to develop future Institute’s regional branches
  • Acting as regional spokesperson in support of fundraising activities or events
  • Leading the team of fundraising personnel
  • Upholding Institute’s values and inspiring/guiding others
  • Active involvement in understanding and representing Institute’s full portfolio of services
