    We pay huge attention in choosing candidates that will add value to our mission and contribute to our team. In this respect, our applying process consists of this few easy steps:

    1 Personality tests
    Please take the following free online tests:


    Print your results to a file (PDF or similar).

    2 Motivation letter
    Prepare inspiring motivation letter in which you explain how you see your future in our team and why you may be The One. Add a nice looking resume (we do not read ugly documents, honestly) plus reference letters (if any).

    3 References
    Think about three persons who know you well and would be willing to give their opinion on your abilities and personality. Collect the list of their names and coordinates. We would definitely like to hear their opinion on why you might be the best person for the position for which you are applying.

    4 e-mail message
    After collecting all the above-mentioned stuff, create a new e-mail message, stipulate position for which you wish to apply as message subject and send it to:

Evangelist

Evangelist is responsible for spreading the word about Institute’s activities and culture. This includes engaging potential partners and stakeholders and carrying out other promotional activities devoted to Institute’s growth.

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with senior staff on development and implementation of Institute’s business strategy
  • Communicating with Institute’s teams in order to identify new ideas and potential projects
  • Monitoring Institute’s development activities and providing critical input for their improvement
  • Engaging team members to work on new ideas and innovation processes
  • Coordinating and supervising initiated projects
  • Leading and managing project team
  • Maintaining relations and communication with all project stakeholders, clients and sponsors
  • Acting as project spokesperson and supporting promotional activities or events
  • Upholding Institute’s values and inspiring/guiding others
  • Active involvement in understanding and representing Institute’s full portfolio of services
