Hiring Lead
Successful candidate will manage hiring process for Institute’s project-related and other staff. This includes profile preparation, selection of short-listed candidates and screening process. This may also include training and development of specific skills for personnel, like social skills, career development, etc.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with senior staff to develop and implement hiring strategy and criteria
- Preparing and execution of staffing implementation plan
- Preparation of support documentation
- Supporting and mentoring staff and project teams
- Identifying skills gaps and organizing training and coaching activities
- Upholding Institute’s values and inspiring/guiding others
- Active involvement in understanding and representing Institute’s full portfolio of services
