    1 Personality tests
    Please take the following free online tests:


    Print your results to a file (PDF or similar).

    2 Motivation letter
    Prepare inspiring motivation letter in which you explain how you see your future in our team and why you may be The One. Add a nice looking resume (we do not read ugly documents, honestly) plus reference letters (if any).

    3 References
    Think about three persons who know you well and would be willing to give their opinion on your abilities and personality. Collect the list of their names and coordinates. We would definitely like to hear their opinion on why you might be the best person for the position for which you are applying.

    4 e-mail message
    After collecting all the above-mentioned stuff, create a new e-mail message, stipulate position for which you wish to apply as message subject and send it to:

Project Leader Education

Successful candidate will lead international extra-curricular education initiative for talented and gifted students and volunteers. This includes proposal development, project set-up and leadership to final goals and targets.

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior staff to develop and implement project strategy
  • Preparation of concise and effective project and activity proposals for various funding sources
  • Preparation of implementation plans and their execution, keeping the relevant deadlines and monitoring projected progress
  • Planning of resources and staff for projects
  • Coordinating project organization and activities
  • Leading and managing project team
  • Ensuring appropriate project tracking using on-line tool and ensuring up-to-date tracking and resolution of any project issues
  • Maintain relations and communication with all project stakeholders, clients and sponsors
  • Preparing and presenting project material at client meetings and communicating outcomes to project team
  • Acting as project spokesperson and supporting promotional activities or events
  • Upholding Institute’s values and inspiring/guiding others
  • Active involvement in understanding and representing Institute’s full portfolio of services
