Project Samurai
Successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, mentoring and delivery of Institute’s projects and initiatives. This includes identifying new and innovation projects, preparing project documentation and executive plans, engaging potential partners and stakeholders, supervising and leading project execution and closing.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior staff to develop and implement project strategy
- Preparation of concise and effective project and activity proposals for various funding sources
- Preparation of implementation plans and their execution, keeping the relevant deadlines and monitoring projected progress
- Planning of resources and staff for projects
- Coordinating project organization and activities
- Leading and managing project team
- Ensuring appropriate monitorning of projects by using on-line tools and providing up-to-date tracking and resolution of any project issues
- Project closing activities
- Maintaining relations and communication with all project stakeholders, clients and sponsors
- Preparing and presenting project material at client meetings and communicating outcomes to project team
- Acting as project spokesperson and supporting promotional activities or events
- Upholding Institute’s values and inspiring/guiding others
- Active involvement in understanding and representing Institute’s full portfolio of services
