Successful candidate will join Internet Institute’s technical operations team. This includes system planning, installation and maintenance of systems and solutions and technical support for teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Technical Director staff to develop and implement technical plan
- Monitor and tune systems stability, capacity and performance
- Troubleshoot system issues as necessary
- Ensure system and network security
- Partner with development team in supporting new features and services
- Support technical operations
- Upholding Institute’s values and inspiring/guiding others
- Active involvement in understanding and representing Institute’s full portfolio of services
