Our creative playground
ITI Lab is a playground of infinite potential where we utilize our talents and our creativity to experiment and play with project ideas. Here we view our creative blunders as stepping stones to new and innovative projects in a place of boundless possibilities. It’s a process of learning through exploration of new ideas, new perspectives and new outlooks.
Results of these processes are project proposals, business plans, project background documents and other documentation relevant for inception and start of a project and/or for solicitation of financial backing from donors, sponsors, partners and international development funds.
Many good ideas never receive pecuniary backing. Some partnership projects have too much potential to be passed. If we judge an idea or a project too good or too important to be abandoned due to lack of funding, we’ll invest our resources and efforts into their development and work on them as part of Lab activities.
Call for proposals
Within framework of our consulting and technical assistance services, we offer support for companies, organizations and individuals with innovative project ideas that may lack time, experience or resources to develop their ideas on their own. Our services may include all or any combination of the following:
- Preparation of all needed project documentation [project proposal, description of work, terms of reference, business plans],
- Finding appropriate funding source and preparing relevant application documentation,
- Assistance with partner search,
- Assistance with contract negotiation,
- Coordination/administrative management of the project,
- IT support [including hosting and online presence, e-mail, e-learning...] and enhancing project impact through creative IT solutions,
- Support for dissemination activities,
- Targeted consulting during project implementation [project reporting, financial reporting, budget management, accounting, quality management, etc.].
Our support can be realized through three models:
- We provide our services based on a contract that would define the scope of our services and fees to be paid upon completion of work.
- We jointly form a project consortium, jointly apply for financing and implement the project together. Our roles and responsibilites are defined through Consortium Agreement.
- On a case by case basis, we may exceptionally decide to support a project idea pro bono.

You can safely share your project ideas with us, as we sign a Non-disclosure agreement on the first meeting, securing the privacy and confidentiality of any information that you may disclose to us, irrespective of whether or not we reach an agreement to proceed with the development of your idea.
